Miser's Final Wish...
There was a man who had worked all of his life and had saved all of his money. He was a real miser when it came to his money. He loved money more than just about anything, and just before he died, he said to his wife, "Now listen, when I die, I want you to take all my money and place it in the casket with me. I wanna take my money to the afterlife."
So he got his wife to promise him with all her heart that when he died, she would put all the money in the casket with him.
Well, one day he died. He was stretched out in the casket, the wife was sitting there in black next to her closest friend. When they finished the ceremony, just before the undertakers got ready to close the casket, the wife said "Wait just a minute!" she had a shoe box with her, she came over with the box and placed it in the casket.
Then the undertakers locked the casket down and rolled it away.
Her friend said, "I hope you weren't crazy enough to put all that money in the casket."
She said, "Yes, I promised. I'm a good christian, I can't lie. I promised him that I was going to put that money in that casket with him."
"You mean to tell me you put every cent of his money in the casket with him?"
"I sure did, " said the wife. "I got it all together, put it into my account and I wrote him a check."
Moral of the story;
-Search for knowledge until the end of your life. Don't be a fool like the both of them.
Just having my lunch with my roommates, and the mee goreng prepared was yummy. Thanks chef! Hehe... Pity on Sean because he missed 2 great meals, one for yesterday and one for today's lunch. Sape suruh balik?

A worn up day for me. This evening around 7 p.m, I arrived at TBP safely after 30 minutes of standing and 10 minutes of seating in the bus from Pasar Seni. Felt very relief after bumped onto the chair in my house, releasing all the fatigue contained by the body.
Last Friday was the first day for PC Fair held in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, in the same building with the KLCC Aquaria. This fair will keep on going for three days until tomorrow, Sunday. Whoever want to go shopping, go there. Sales on for 3 days. But not a big sale for clothes or housewares, only for computers and technology-based stuffs.
Some of my friends and I planned to go there today, and the plan was successfully completed by the Friday's night. The departure time will be 9 a.m in the Saturday morning. All of us say;
"Ok."
"And you?"
"No problem."
"How about you?"
"Takde hal lah!",
when we asked each other for the confirmation of the next day's event.
Unfortunately, something out of plan have happened when the time come for the 'departure', and I already expected that it will happen on that time. As the clock ticking, pointing its long arm to the 12, and its short finger to the 9, I saw no sign of leaving in the face of my friends, judging from the reaction of my hand phone that showed nothing except displaying its clock screen saver. We ended up to start moving at 10.30 a.m. Ish3...
I can tell that the people around Kuala Lumpur really like such kind of fair from what I saw when we arrived at KLCC railway station. People were packed in that building, even in the train, like what always happen to the sardines in their can. When we passed through the center point of Suria KLCC, we saw the crowd were watching something that was taking place on the ground floor of the center point. We joined them and we saw some models walking here and there on a small stage, promoting some model of watches to the crowd. It was a show to promote a brand of watch maker, I forgot its name.
When we entered the building near to the Suria KLCC where the PC Fair was being held, we were asked by the security guards to take the main entrance on the second floor. This situation was different from the last year's fair where the main entrance was on the ground floor. I think they wanted to bring the customers to the booths on the upper level as in the fair before this, people do not want to go upstair and only visiting the ground floor booths. This will cause the companies to gain only a few ringgit of profit.
Overall, there were 7 huge hall in the building and all of them were used as exhebition for the fair. Two on the upper level and the rest were on the ground floor. The first, second and third halls on ground floor were combined into a very large hall, and the same thing went for the fourth and fifth hall. There was a seperator between those two large hall. The usage of the elevators were also prohibited to the customers of the fair. To prevent a riot, I guess. Hehe...
When we went into the halls, we got seperated form each other by the slow-moving crowd and was scattered around the exhibition. It was like the people were pumped into the hall continuously and the was no way out.
We spent a few hours of our valuable time in the halls, surveying the goods, comparing prices and asking for discounts. I ended up buying a cooler pad and a laser mouse, which cost me RM40 and RM 20 each. I wanted to buy more but the crowd in the fair stopped me.
It was a very 'packed' day...
By the way, this person is growing older on 12 April 2009. A wish for this blogger.
The first story for the third semester will begin here.
After returned to my next-to-CSR TBP, new things begin to take place. I came by bus and arrived here around 0305 and took taxi from the bus station to TBP. When the bus dropped me out, I saw only some bus passengers and around 5 or 6 cabs waiting to pick up their customers. Aa, I have something to comment about the bus station. The lamps there was not really enough to light up its area. This situation maybe dangerous as many type of crimes can take place in such a dark area.
Another problem is, what we often see at the public area, rubbish. Huu, I don't know when the super clean moment of the public area in this country will come. From the spot where I dropped out from the bus, I saw many recyclable stuffs like drink cans and plastic bags along the path that I took to reach the cab.
This thing passed through my mind but in a second, it was flushed away because I felt very sleepy at that time. Since I walked into the bus until I reached the destination, I never fall asleep and it was a 5 hours journey in a dark, sleepy night. Could you imagine that?
Huu..Hope thing will go smoothly this semester.
